PAULA BRADY O’NEIL

CO-FOUNDER + DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS & CURATION

Paula O’Neil has always been curious about how fashion and style reflect time, place, and perspective. With degrees in Ancient History and English Literature and a lifelong love of travel, she approaches personal style through a lens shaped by culture, experience, and a genuine love of helping people dress well and feel at ease in what they wear.

She’s inspired by timeless silhouettes, European refinement, and the fashion moments that stay with you over time, reworking them to feel modern and personal.

With a knack for spotting what others might miss, Paula knows immediately when something is just too good to leave behind. She’s drawn to local and regional markets, thrift shops, curated luxury resale platforms, and under-the-radar boutiques at home and abroad. Effortlessly mixing high and low, she’s always looking for pieces that elevate a wardrobe without excess and feel like a rare score. For Paula, great style is about discovery, restraint, and knowing what is worth bringing home.

Her career in fashion began with a PR internship at The Bon Marché, helping to produce customer events and fashion shows (and occasionally stepping into the role of the Bon Bear.) She then moved into special events, fundraising, and corporate business development, including Director roles at Woodland Park Zoo and Virginia Mason Medical Center. That blend of fashion and business brought her back to styling as National Market Director for the Stacy London-founded agency Style for Hire. She went on to co-found Est Ovest Style with partner Tracy Pendergast, now nearly 17 years strong. With nearly three decades of experience, including more than 20 years of hands-on styling, Paula brings creative instinct and strategic clarity to her work.

As partner and co-founder of Est Ovest Style, she helps shape EO’s vision and sourcing strategy, cultivating trusted partnerships and guiding a client experience grounded in thoughtful wardrobe investment and high–low curation. She works closely with local and international partners to uncover pieces that feel rare, intentional, and just right.

CO-FOUNDER + DIRECTOR OF STYLING

TRACY GAILLARD PENDERGAST

Tracy Gaillard Pendergast has been making people feel remarkable in their clothes for over two decades — and she's been obsessed with finding joy in getting dressed for as long as she can remember.

Her path has wound through Rome (where she worked for a local design studio and absorbed the Italian conviction of fewer, better things,) McKinsey's strategy floors, and the costume shops of New York's film and theater world. Her unique blend of creative instinct, real-world experience, strategic thinking, and a passion for helping people defines her work.

At Saks Fifth Avenue, she spent over four years styling everyone from Oscar attendees to heads of state, Fashion Week front-rowers, and editors-in-chief who'd seen every trend twice. Famous faces were part of the job. But the work that mattered most was helping ordinary people — at every age, size, and stage — actually enjoy getting dressed again.

Today, as co-founder of Est Ovest Style, she and partner Paula O'Neil connect clients with the best in design, makers, and experiences — always with warmth, wit, and an eye toward the person, not just the outfit. Through Style for Hire, they also selected and trained stylists across the country to bring that same standard of care to a wider world. Tracy and Paula also serve as style experts for media outlets, bringing their perspective to broader conversations about fashion, confidence, and personal expression.

Beyond individual clients, Tracy partners with global retailers and brands to develop and deliver styling and customer service training programs that drive measurable results — from increased sales and elevated customer experience on the floor, to guiding executives and organizations in developing a professional brand that reflects who they are and where they're going.

For Tracy, style has never been about clothes. It's about confidence. And watching someone discover theirs never gets old.

PIRRIE WRIGHT

CREATIVE + SOURCING LEAD – EO PARIS

Pirrie Wright builds modern luxury narratives shaped by culture, craft, and global perspective. She began her fashion career with Est Ovest Style, developing a foundation in personal styling, fit, and expert curation. 

She moved to New York to assist a leading stylist at Bergdorf Goodman, then relocated to Paris to earn her fashion degree while refining her deep insider knowledge of the Paris fashion and cultural landscape.

Her international path includes top brand and VIC experience roles at Byredo and Cartier, contributing to global campaigns, talent partnerships, and cultural initiatives shaping contemporary luxury.

Today, Pirrie is founder and director of her own marketing and creative agency, advising fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands on positioning, cultural relevance, and elevated brand experiences. She also covers the major international fashion weeks for System Magazine, with exceptional access to the industry’s most influential brands and defining moments.

A longtime collaborator and extended member of the Est Ovest family, she brings global fluency, editorial sensibility, and a recognized signature personal style that informs her work with both individuals and brands.

KAHNITA WILKERSON

MARKETING LEAD + STYLIST

Kahnita Wilkerson is a multi-hyphenate creative devoted to experiencing and expressing as much as she can. Upon graduating from the University of Oregon with degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Cinema Studies, the LA-born, Portland-raised collector-at-heart embarked on a journey that has woven through the costume department of Portlandia, sideline interviews with elite pro athletes, fine vegan dining in Melbourne, on-location shoots for global campaigns and more. Guided by her endless pursuit of learning, she has shaped a professional career that highlights her ability to strategize, produce, and market products and cultural moments for the world’s biggest brands. 

Equal parts tech maven and creative strategist, Kahnita helped shape global marketing campaigns and product launches at lululemon and Alo Yoga and produced social video content for digital-first platforms like POPSUGAR, BuzzFeed, and MTV. Now, a decade into her career, she is a stylist, leads the marketing strategy at Est Ovest Style, and owns and operates her vintage shop Meri Mai Vintage – an homage to the rich artistry of her Thai heritage and manifestation of her eclectic taste. When she’s not working, you’ll find her indulging in her love of baking, scouring thrift store racks, or painting ceramics in her studio – always with a cup of coffee and playlist on shuffle.
